A consultation consists of several e-mail exchanges and/or phone consults, resulting in an herbal medicine prescription, treatment plan and other health and dietary suggestions. Consultation cost is $45.00 and does not include the cost of herbal medicine. Herbal formulas are made specifically for each individual and typically consist of 12 to 16, five times concentrated herbal powders to treat and balance a person’s unique health picture, and cost approximately $25.00 for 100 grams. Cost of a formula may vary depending on which herbs are used. To schedule a health consultation, please send an email to acudocpam@gmail.com and include a description of yourself. Mention your gender, age, occupations, symptoms (including how long you've had them) and any Western diagnosis. List the medicines and nutriceuticals you use and occasions when you have been hospitalized for any reason. Including a photo attachment can be helpful, but not necessary. Please also tell me your typical diet; what you eat, drink and snack on and your blood type if you know it.
